POLICY & TERMS
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Deposits made to Wanderlust Travel Movement are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines.
Flight Itinerary will be published by July 1, 2018.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
Monthly payments of $150 are REQUIRED to keep your reservations current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Name changes are allowed with a $150 name change fee.
Late payment of $50 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
International travel requires a valid passport that does not expire within six (6) months of your departure from the U.S. You must verify all requirements and obtain a passport and all necessary visas for the trip, including all health requirements if any. If you are refused entry into any country for failing to meet the entry and exit requirements, WLTM will not be liable. All visa or passport information provided by WLTM is applicable to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas or other documents are needed. For more information on passport and visa requirements, please go to the U.S. State Department website at www.travel.state.gov.
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility. Based on WLTM current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. An insurance quote will be provided for all travelers to purchase. If a traveler refuses to purchase travel insurance they will be given a waiver to sign before any reservations are made and deposits taken.
TRIP CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and cannot be made verbally. If a cancellation is received in writing by WLTM before the final payment due date of your trip, the non- refundable deposit will be retained in addition to any airline, hotel or excursion imposed fees or cancellation charges. The remaining balance may be put towards a future WLTM event taking place within 365 days of the cancellation approval.
The cancellation/refund schedule is as follows:
All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your trip
120 days prior to departure date 30% of the total package price is non-refundable
90 days prior to departure date 50% of the total package price is non-refundable
60 days days prior to departure date 100% of the total package price is non-refundable
All trip packages must be paid in full 70 days prior to the trip departure date. Failure to complete your payment may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund.
In the event of a cancellation or change by Wanderlust Travel Movement or our suppliers, all participating guest will be entitled to a full refund including the $300 deposit. The cost of airline tickets or other travel arrangements, not made by WLTM shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
MEDICAL INSURANCE, HEALTH, SAFETY
WLTM endeavors to provide a safe environment and experience for its travelers but cannot protect or guard traveler from certain risk and dangers when traveling outside of the United States. During a trip travelers may be faced with forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; accidents or illnesses or other situations that may endanger the life of the traveler. WLTM shall not be responsible for any risks and dangers that may arise and by booking a trip with WLTM, you agree not to hold WLTM liable for any harm suffered by you during the trip. You agree to hold WLTM harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. You must ensure that you are informed and aware of the applicable health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to the trip and that you carry all necessary vaccination documents, personal health information or personal medication. You run the risk of being denied entry into a country if you fail to present the required vaccination documentation. Prior to booking a trip, you should refer to U.S. Department of State’s website www.travel.state.gov for travel advice and vaccination requirements for the trip destination.
